Our support group offers a space to unwind, where mind, body, and spirit align. Through connection, conversation, and shared experiences, we help each other restore balance, find clarity, and move forward with a sense of peace and purpose. It’s a place to show up as you are and leave feeling more connected, centered and aware of your power. We will enhance skill building using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Weekly group sessions via Zoom are only $22.22 each payable by Venmo. Each 6 week engagement includes a closed group of 6 to 12 members. Call or text Stephanie to join!
It takes immense courage to be seen. Cultivating vulnerability is a skill that can only be done interpersonally. It's the key to intimacy or, as some say, "into-me-see."
